Dispute Resolutions
We are involved in dispute resolution cases involving creditors and debtors. The firm also assists and advises clients in the process of dispute resolutions through arbitration in Singapore and Malaysia as well as in Indonesia. The firm’s assistance shall include the preparation of Affidavits and Legal Opinions, among other things as to the validity and applicability of certain laws and regulations of Indonesia.
