In the early eighties, the firm very active in handling litigation cases in courts, representing clients in commercial, business and personal matters. Litigation in family laws for divorce and parental rights were handled after very hard attempt to settle the case amicably were going no where. Today we are litigating more complex commercial and business dispute involving not only commercial and business laws and regulations but also involving banking, tax, capital market, shipping laws and regulations, and, debtor-creditor dispute on complex agreements.
