Supervisor of the Foundation

Supervisor of the Foundation are the organ that is appointed the Trustees and shall consist at least of one individual person that can perform a legal acts, and such supervisor of the foundation be in charge to supervise and advise the management to perform the foundation activity. However, supervisor may be appointed or dismiss at any time based on trustees meeting. Foundation supervisors also have the rights to temporary dismiss the management member in parallel providing their reason by reporting to the trustees not more than 7 days since such temporary dismissal, so that the trustees may take an action for it.

            Supervisor of the foundation may be appointed for the terms of 5 year and may be appointed again as stipulated in the article of association of such foundation. Supervisor may also have the responsibility to be responsible to the bankruptcy if such bankruptcy is caused by the negligence of the supervisor. Such responsibility may be asked for in the event that the foundation’s wealth are no longer able to bear such loss in the bankruptcy. However, if the supervisor may prove that they have no correlation to the bankruptcy of the foundation, such supervisor may be released from the responsibility.
