Suria Nataadmadja

Managing Partner

Suria Nataadmadja is the founder and managing partner of Suria Nataadmadja & Associates. He was born in Bandung, May 26th 1956. He graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia (SH., 1981); Legal Continuing Education, The Southern Methodist University (1986); Washington College of Law, The American University (LL.M., 1987).

He has been admitted to practice law in Indonesia since 1982 and has extensive experience in the field of foreign investment, public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, debt restructuring, corporate litigation either at district courts or arbitration.

He is one of the advisory councils in the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He was the Vice Chairman in Field of Funds of the Association of Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM) and is a member of HKHPM. He is the founder and the first chairman of the Association of Advocate Family of The University of Indonesia (IKAUI). Suria has more than 35 years of experience in providing legal services under his belt.

Chandra Adhisurya Nataadmadja

Partner

Chandra graduated from his high school from Scotch College in Perth, Australia, Faculty of Law, Pelita Harapan University (SH). Chandra also completed his masters degree at Faculty of Law, Pelita Harapan University (MH/Master of Law) (Magna Cumlaude) and Faculty of Economy, University of Business and Economics, Beijing, China (MBA). He has also finished Legal Continue Education of Special Education The Professional Advocate (PKPA) and Advanced Curator Education.

Chandra is a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and Indonesian Curator Association (AKPI). He is also a vice committee in Indonesian Chamber Commerce and Industry (KADIN) in the field of laws and regulations.

Chandra is the head of Foreign Investment and M&A (Merger and Acquisition) division.

Chandra successfully led his team to assist a Chinese EPC State Owned Company and its relevant entities in their investment in 670MW coal fired power plant project and 426MW steam power plant project in Indonesia

Michelle graduated with a bachelor of law degree from Faculty of Law, Tarumanagara University. She frequently assisted clients in general corporate matters, foreign direct investment, power plant business, energy and mining matters. She has gained extensive experience and regulatory knowledge in these areas. She has experiences in conducting legal research, legal due diligence, and liaising with governmental and regulatory authorities. She has also assisted companies in carrying out an initial public offering and right issue.

Joana Maleriluah Brahmana

Joana graduated from Faculty of Law of Universitas Indonesia in 2015. Priorly, Joana was involved in the drafting of various regulations with numbers of government institutions. Joana joined Suria Nataadmadja & Associates in 2017 and instantly became a key player in the vital cases and projects handled by our firm. Joana focuses her practice and excels in the legal field of employment, foreign direct investment, insolvency, alternative dispute resolution, and construction.

Joana handled an insolvency case where she acted as a representative of a foreign company as a creditor, and handled debt dispute arising from a vital construction project in Indonesia, where she represented a private company also as a creditor.
