Visiting Commission For The Supervision of Business Competition

Mr. Suria Nataadmadja along with the board management of IKA ADVOKAT UI held an informal meeting with the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition of the Republic of Indonesia. On this occasion, IKA Advokat UI and the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition were having a good discussion regarding Law Enforcement on Business Competition Law and Discourse on Judicial Review of Law No. 5 Year 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. This visit was welcomed by Mr. M. Nawir Messi himself as the Chairman of the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition of the Republic of Indonesia on Wednesday, 18 March 2011.
